I have been in the dental field for 8 years. I love what I do! I enjoy meeting new patients and building long lasting relationships with them. It’s nice to be part of a field that gives instant gratification. Solutions to each problem are within reach. I have been with Atrium Dental for nearly 5 years and I love the team of people that I get to work with. We each truly care for our patients and enjoy helping them in any way we can.
Spending time with my husband, two beautiful daughters, and wonderful stepchildren is my favorite past time! I also enjoy reading, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
Amanda Lindauer - Dental assistant
Originally from the subburb's of Chicago, I moved to Arizona in 2001. I graduated from Apollo College as a Dental Assistant,
and have been with Atrium Dental for 3 years. I really enjoy working with the Dental staff educating patient's on
how to care for their teeth and maintain a bright smile.
My hobbies include Reading, Shopping, and spending time with my husband Sean and Daughter Cali.
Jennifer Potts - Dental Assistant
I have been in the dental field since 1989. I don’t believe I would want to work in any other field, I love the technology and helping patients have a healthy and beautiful smile. Both Dr. B and Dr. Foroughi are very skilled and caring doctors and I enjoy working with them.
I enjoy spending time with my wonderful daughter along with boating, camping and shopping.
My hobbies includes reading, riding Harleys and of course outdoor activities.
Janell Ragains - Dental Hygienist
I'm originally from San Diego, and I have been in Arizona for eleven years now. I graduated from Rio Salado with an Associate in Applied Science Degree for Dental Hygiene. The most important part of my job is educating patients on how to maintain a happy healthy smile. My hobbies include traveling, shopping and spending time with friends and family.
Carmen Anaya - Dental Assistant
I have been in the Dental field since 1990. I like to learn something new every day when it comes to dental. In this field the technology and materials and equipment constantly change to improve the comfort of patients. Working with Dr. Foroughi allows me to stay at the forefront of all that technology.
My hobbies include spending time with my husband of 23 years and my children. As a family we love to travel and do out door activities and most importantly to maintain healthy fiscally and spiritually.
Hellen Miqui - Patient Coordinator
Relocated to Arizona from New York City in 2009 and by the summer of 2010 I had found a home and family at Atrium Dental. I have worked in the dental field for a little over 5 years and as time goes by it brings me more fulfillment being able to help clients with any concerns they might have. I am a big enthusiast of quality customer service so working for a dental practice is surely perfect for me.
The main priority in my life is my wonderful family. I love spending time with my loving husband and son. In my spare time i enjoy swimming, eating out, long walks with our dog and sharing with friends and family.

My dental Career started four years ago. I graduated from pima community college with an Associate in Applied Science Degree for dental Hygiene. I enjoy providing oral health education and patient care. My goals is to deliver high-quality dentistry and give the best care possible.
Alaleh Barzegar - Dental assistant
I have lived in arizona since 2002. I completed my studies at Pima Medical Institute. I have been working at Atium Dental since february 2011. I really enjoy working with the staff here and they have become like my family.
In my spare time I like to cook , travel , go shopping and spend time with my friends.
Carmen Torrez - Dental assistant
I moved to arizona in 2006 from pomona, ca & recently graduated in 2011 from pima medical institute as a dental assistant. I came into atrium dental primarily as an extern and got blessed by getting hired on. I love the office, staff and the doctors i work for, i enjoy learning each and everyday from dr. Foroughi and dr. B they each have a passion for their profession as well as for each patient. The best thing about working in the dental field is that i get to build relationships with the patients and share their joy as they better their smile. I love what i do and i plan to make this a long term career.
My hobbies include: spending time with family and friends, road trips, and shopping.
