Financial Policy
We invite you to discuss with us any question regarding our services. The best dental health services are based on friendly, mutual understanding between provider and patient. Our Policy requires payment in full at time of the visit, unless other arrangements have been made.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards, cash, checks or money orders.

If you would like to extend payments over a longer period of time, we offer CareCredit for interest free payments for up to 6 months. Click on the link for more information.

We bill your insurance claims for you as a courtesy. Please understand that all insurances are different and that your insurance is a contract between you and your company. If they don not pay for a procedure it is your responsibility for all charges incurred in our office.

Broken Appointments: A specific amount of time is reserved for you and we strongly encourage all patients to keep their appointments. If you must change your appointment, we require at least a 24 hour notice to avoid $35/hour cancellation fee. (emergencies are an exception).
