We bill your insurance claims for you as a courtesy. Please understand that all insurances are different and that your insurance is a contract between you and your company. If they don not pay for a procedure it is your responsibility for all charges incurred in our office. Broken Appointments: A specific amount of time is reserved for you and we strongly encourage all patients to keep their appointments. If you must change your appointment, we require at least a 24 hour notice to avoid $35/hour cancellation fee. (emergencies are an exception).
